• Account data: email address, name, and authentication token when you sign up.
• Content you create: topics, scripts, generated images, and videos you produce using Faceless.
• Usage data: pages visited, features used, error logs, and approximate geographic region (country-level, derived from IP).
• Payment data: subscription status and plan tier via our payment processor. We do not store card numbers.

3. How We Use Your Data

• To provide, operate, and improve the Faceless platform.
• To generate AI video content based on your inputs.
• To send transactional emails (account confirmation, billing receipts).
• To diagnose errors and improve service reliability.
• We do not sell your personal data to third parties.
• We do not use your video content to train AI models without explicit consent.

4. Data Retention

Your generated videos and project data are retained for as long as your account is active. You may delete your projects at any time from the dashboard. Upon account deletion, all personal data is removed within 30 days.

5. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services:

• Cloudflare — DNS, CDN, and DDoS protection. May process request metadata.
• Payment processor — Handles billing and subscription management. Subject to their own privacy policy.

All AI inference (transcription, image generation, voice synthesis) runs on our own servers. Your content is not sent to third-party AI providers.

6. Cookies

We use a single session cookie to keep you logged in. We do not use tracking or advertising cookies.

7. Your Rights
