Faceless is an AI-powered platform that generates faceless video content — including scripts, voiceovers, AI-generated images, and final rendered videos — based on topics and settings you provide.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use Faceless. By using the Service, you confirm you meet this requirement. Users under 18 must have parental consent.

4. Account Responsibility

• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• Notify us immediately at support@idakimi.com if you suspect unauthorized access.

5. Acceptable Use

You may use Faceless only for lawful purposes. You agree not to:

• Generate content that is illegal, defamatory, harassing, or threatening.
• Create content that infringes on third-party intellectual property rights.
• Generate explicit sexual content, content depicting minors inappropriately, or content promoting violence.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or abuse the platform's APIs.
• Use automated scripts to abuse free-tier limits or generate content at scale without authorization.
• Misrepresent AI-generated content as human-created in a deceptive way that could harm others.

6. Intellectual Property

Videos and content you generate using Faceless are yours. You retain ownership of outputs, subject to the following:

• You grant us a limited license to host and deliver your content as part of the Service.
• You are responsible for ensuring your inputs (topics, prompts) do not infringe third-party rights.
• We retain all rights to the Faceless platform, underlying models, and codebase.

7. Subscriptions and Billing

Some features require a paid subscription. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis at our discretion. Contact support@idakimi.com for billing issues.

8. Service Availability

We aim for high uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. AI generation is computationally intensive; processing times may vary. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that generated content will be accurate, complete, or suitable for any specific purpose. Use generated content at your own discretion.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, idakimi.com shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, even if advised of such damages.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, with or without notice. You may delete your account at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notice.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by applicable law. Any disputes will be resolved through good-faith negotiation; if unresolved, through binding arbitration or courts of competent jurisdiction.
